We are looking for a senior research scientist in the area of food science and technology, especially for designing solid, semi-solid and liquid food systems from lab to pilot scale. The applicant is expected to have concrete knowledge on the processing technologies in food ingredient development and manufacturing as well as on technological functionality of protein and carbohydrate based ingredients in food matrices. Industrial post-doc experience and motivation for Food Economy 4.0 innovations is highly appreciated.
