Arrival and departure: NuGOweek 2017 starts on Monday 28th August 2017 at 16:00 with registration The formal opening is at: 18:00hrs  NuGOweek 2017 ends on Thursday 31st August at 11:00hrs. Venue: Palace Hotel Sunny Day Resort 9006 Varna Bulgaria. Route description Traveling by taxi The easiest way is to take a taxi from the airport to the Palace Hotel, costs 20 Leva (see Currency!) There is only one taxi company at the airport named Triumf (http://triumftaxi.com/). There is a desk at the exit, where representative from the company can arrange a taxi. It will cost maximum 20 Bulgarian Leva, about 10 Euro, per transfer. Traveling by public transport Public transport data can be found at https://www.varnatraffic.com/Station/Index/768 The bus station for hotel Palace and Marina is called Strandzha. Buses that stop at that station are 9, 109, 209, and 409. The last one (409) stops at the airport as well. The ticket cost 1 leva, big luggage (above 10 kg) is also charged with 1 leva. Currency: All payments in Bulgaria are received in Leva. Participants can’t use credit/debit card everywhere. The hotel reception changes Euro’s to Leva’s, but the rate is lower than 1.95583, which is the flat rate of the National Bank.
