NuGO annual conferences

"Our annual conference is a gathering of the brightest minds in the fields of molecular nutrition, personalised nutrition, and nutritional systems biology."

Every year, the NuGO Association, together with a partner organisation, organises a conference called NuGO Week. NuGO members and interested nutrition researchers come together to discuss recent developments around a specific nutrigenomics theme and nutrition context, creating a dynamic environment for collaboration and scientific growth. Besides the importance of the scientific programme during NuGO Week, the 19 previous editions had an impact on research networks in the fields of molecular nutrition, personalised and precision nutrition, nutrigenomics and food systems biology.

The 2008 Impact Assessment by the European Commission stated already “NuGO has branded nutrigenomics and will continue doing so.” The attendance of NuGOweek 2022 gives the opportunity after two years of COVID to connect and re-connect to leading scientists in this field and to interact with the younger generation of PhD-students and postdoc researchers doing research in this area.
